- 1. Cooperate or register with Smiles Cards online helping platform with your full consent only after reading each and every Terms and Conditions of Smiles Cards online helping platform very carefully, persuading yourself that you understand and agree.
- 2. I agree to be solely responsible for any financial, social, psychological, or legal harm caused to me in the future as a result of my lack of personal knowledge about the Terms and Conditions of the Smiles Cards online helping platform, or as a result of having associated with the Smiles Cards online helping platform by being intentionally or unintentionally misled by another consumer. I am self-convinced and understand that Smiles Cards online helping platform or VEEDISHA PROPRIETER is not responsible in any way, and it is 100% my personal need and responsibility as a consumer to fully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions.
- 3. I understand that an Indian citizen above 18 years of age with a sound mind can associate with the Smiles Cards online helping platform only with the Company's approval.
- 4. I understand that Aadhar Card number and photo should be updated at the time of registration in Smiles Cards online helping platform, otherwise the consumership registration cannot be completed.
- 5. A smart phone is must to use the Smiles Cards online helping platform application. I am aware that a person with a valid PAN card, Aadhaar card, mobile phone number(in personal name) email address, bank account, and UPI ID is only allowed to have one consumership on the Smiles Cards online helping platform. I am also aware that it is illegal to use these documents to give consumership to someone else.
- 6. I am aware that once a person has entered his or her Name, Mobile Phone Number, and Email ID during the registration process on the Smiles Cards online helping platform, these three data points cannot be changed of his/her own accord. Therefore, the user should enter these details carefully and personally. I can only edit the three data points indicated above by using the update consumership option. To update the consumership, a Processing Fee of Rs. 500 should be paid to the Company. The Processing Fee is paid to the Company only for completing the process of update consumership. I am aware that update consumership requests should only be made after carefully reading and comprehending the company's Terms & Conditions since they are the only basis upon which update consumership can be fulfilled. I am aware of and accept that the Rs. 500 paid to the Company as Update Consumership Processing Fee will not be refunded under any circumstance.
- 7. I understand that the consumer associated with Smiles Cards online helping platform must update their Pan Card within the limit of receiving Rs 1,00,000 (one lakh) as "Receive Help", and if they do not update they will not be eligible for " Receive Help" after receiving Rs. 1,00,000.
- 8. I also understand that my WhatsApp Number Verification should be completed in order to receive a WhatsApp message from the Platform while receiving direct financial help from consumers on Smiles Cards online helping platform.
- 9. I hereby declare that the SC(service charge) that I pay to the Smiles Cards online helping platform and the amount that I use to financially help 12 other consumers were earned through my own efforts and ownership and not through terrorism, treason, extortion, theft or any other criminal or illegal activity.
- 10. With the conviction that it is my social responsibility to help those in financial need in the society, I am ready to provide unconditional direct financial help to the consumers who have registered and cooperated with Smiles Cards online helping platform.
- 11. I understand and agree that I am obligated to provide KYC information to Smiles Cards online helping platform at the time of registering with Smiles Cards online helping platform.
- 12. I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for explaining precisely and clearly the concept of the Smiles Cards online helping platform to others and associate more than two individuals who are in need of financial help and are willing to give direct financial help others on the platform , using my invitation link within 30 days of receiving consumership on the platform.
- 13. I agree to provide unconditional direct financial help to consumers who have previously entered the Smiles Cards online helping platform and provided unconditional direct financial help, using my personally earned money.
- 14. 37300 rupees given by me in 39 instalments to 12 consumers through Smiles Cards online helping platform in my own interest, personally unconditionally, voluntarily and directly as financial help will not seek reimbursement under any circumstances and I will not demand refund under any circumstances.
- 15. In accordance with the "give help chart" I obtain from the Platform; I must unconditionally and financially help 12 consumers using the Smiles Cards online helping platform. Rs.500 for the consumer coming in the 1st stage , Rs. 500 for the consumer coming 2nd stage, Rs.500 for the consumer coming 3rd stage, Rs.500 for the consumer coming in the 4th stage , 800 in 500 x 2 installment for the consumer coming in the 5th stage, 1500 in 500 x 3 installments for the consumer coming in the 6th stage, 3000 in 500 x 6 installments for the consumer coming in the 7th stage, 4000 in 500 x 8 installments for consumer coming in the 8th stage , 5000 in 500 x 10 instalments, for the consumer coming in the 9th stage 6000 in 500 x 12 installments for the consumer coming in the 10th stage, 7000 in 500 x 14 installments for the consumer coming in the 11th stage, I understand and agree that financial help of Rs. 8000 is to be provided in the form of 500 X 16 installments to the 12th stage consumer. Based on my personal and social conviction that it is my personal and social responsibility to provide direct financial help to 12 consumers as soon as possible, I hereby declare that I will have provided direct financial help to 12 consumers through the Smiles Cards online Helping Platform, up to a maximum of Rs.37,300 till 6th stage . I give a personal pledge and assurance to the 12 customers to whom I owe financial help.
- 16. I also fully understand and comprehend that the way which I will be receiving direct financial help as per the 'receive help chart' is as follows; Rs. 500 each from 2 consumers in the First stage, i.e., Rs. 1000 Rs. 500 each from 4 consumers in the Second stage, i.e., Rs. 2000 Rs. 500 each from 8 consumers in the Third stage, i, e., Rs. 4000 Rs. 500 each from 16 consumers in the Fourth stage, i.e., Rs.8000 Rs. 800 each from 32 consumers in 32 instalments in the Fifth stage, i.e., Rs.25600 Rs. 1500 each from 64 consumers in 64 instalments in the Sixth stage, i.e., Rs. 96000 Rs. 3000 each from 128 consumers in 384 instalments in the Seventh stage, i.e., Rs. 384000 Rs. 4000 each from 256 consumers in 1024 instalments the Eighth stage, i.e., Rs. 1024000 Rs. 5000 each from 512 consumers in 2560 in instalments the Nineth stage, i.e., Rs.2560000 Rs. 6000 each from 1024 consumers in 6144 instalments the Tenth stage, i.e., Rs. 6144000 Rs. 7000 each from 2048 consumers in 14336 instalments the Eleventh stage, i.e., Rs. 1433600 Rs. 8000 each from 4096 consumers in 32768 instalments the Tweleve stage, i.e., Rs. 32768000 Thus, from Rs. 500 to Rs. 5,73,52,600 in direct financial help from 8190 consumers can be received in 57406 instalments.
- 17.I do understand and acknowledge that Smiles Cards invites a consumer to financially help 12 consumers directly and unconditionally and that the platform provides an opportunity to receive Rs500 to 5,73,52,600 directly from 8190 consumers by way of a structured 450-days action plan. This allows consumers to receive help ranging from 0% to 100% from 8190 consumers. The platform does not impose any specific time frame for completing this transaction. I am aware and agree that VEEDISHA PROPERIETER Company or the Smiles Cards online helping platform will not be held responsible or liable for any mandatory time frame stated by other consumers or individuals (there are terms and conditions set in the rewards income for the time limits in acheving the rewards) , who do not have legal authority to speak for the Company's best interests.
- 18. I am personally willing to pay Rs.200000 as SC(Service Charge)payable to the Company as 18% GST payable to the Government in the end while receiving direct financial help up to Rs. 10 lakhs from other consumers on the platform.
- 19. I clearly understand that the financial help provided unconditionally directly by me to the consumers on Smiles Cards online helping platform is for the personal urgent needs and wants of the consumers.
- 20. I understand that a consumer who has directly financially helped only four consumers may unconditionally directly financially help the remaining four consumers with financial help received directly from other consumers.
- 21. A consumer who associated with Smiles Cards online helping platform must give unconditional direct financial help to 12 consumers. The amount required for that is Rs 37300, SERVICE CHARGE for 12 stages is Rs 8,332 and GST is 18%. A total of Rs. 45,632 is required. But since Rs 37,300 is a huge amount for a person with an average income in this period, after becoming a consumer on Smiles Cards online helping platform, he can unconditionally directly help 4 consumers by providing Rs. 4360 and then unconditionally help the next 8 consumers by directly accepting financial help from other consumers associate with the platform, I understand and agree that only after providing direct financial help, the amount received through the platform shall be utilized for personal purposes.
- 22. I acknowledge and agree that, training, and facilities I receive from the Smiles Cards online helping platform, I must pay Rs. 2360 as platform maintenance fee or service charge to the company in the times for the income 12000 rupees . I receive as financial assistance, and the company pays to the Government as per law from time to time for the service charge received for the above services and GST 18% amounting to include in the amount 2360, which I will not receive back at any reason or any manner.
- 23. I understand that every consumer of Smiles Cards online helping platform has to pay (SERVICE CHARGE) payable to the platform in end time of Rs.20000 (one lakh) and 18% GST amount payable to the Government while receiving Rs.10 lakhs as direct financial help from other consumers.
- 24. When a consumer who remains active on the Smiles Cards online helping platform does not get the support and assistance to continue working with other consumers within his 12 stages, this consumer can take the option of mutual transfer to cooperate with the highly performing consumers. In case of mutual transfer, the consumer giving the mutual transfer request can transfer this consumership to each other with the consent of another consumer who is not currently active on the platform. Mutual transfer will be done only in such situations. I also understand that there is no processing fee of Rs.500 for mutual transfer request.
- 25. I agree that I am personally ready and willing to provide unconditional direct financial help to 12 consumers by paying Rs.37,300/- (Thirty Seven Thousand Three Hundred only) in 39 installments.
- 26. From the date of commencement of consumership on Smiles Cards online helping platform, I am obliged to confirm the financial help received directly from other consumers, considering the time limit for receiving help and confirmation from 6 pm to 10 pm on the respective days. I understand that if I fail to do so, I may hinder the smooth functioning of the Platform and therefore, the consumer who provides "Give Help" may file a complaint against me with the Company based on evidence.
- 27. I fully understand and agree that misusing or misinterpreting the concept, honesty, or transparency of Smiles Cards online helping platform's terms and conditions and using them to mislead the public is illegal, and Smiles Cards online helping platform/VEEDISHA PROPRIETER will pursue legal action against those who do so.
- 28. I am also aware that the password I use on the Smiles Cards online helping platform is strictly personal and should not be shared with other consumers or individuals.
- 29. I understand and agree that I will be solely liable for any damages or legal proceedings incurred by the company or individuals if the password to be kept very private on the Smiles Cards online helping platform is disclosed to other consumers/individuals. I agree that I shall be solely responsible for all financial liability, damages and legal proceedings that may be incurred by me, the Company or any other person, and that the Company shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any financial loss is caused by the access of this password to other persons.
- 30. I understand that the platform does not allow asking another consumer/person for the consumership password of any consumer on the Smiles Cards online helping platform, nor does it authorise giving the password to the asked consumer/person in any way or any reason.
- 31. I acknowledge and agree that if Smiles Cards online helping platform/VEEDISHA PROPRIETER company is convinced that any consumer of Smiles Cards online helping platform is acting against the platform or against society, or engaging in criminal activity, the Platform or the Company have the authority to terminate that persons' consumership and ban him or her from the platform for life.
- 32. I comprehensively understand and agree that, if the Platform/Company is convinced that I am promoting another idea or business using the contact information of other consumers I got from Smiles Cards online helping platform, Smiles Cards online helping platform/VEEDISHA PROPRIETER has full authority to revoke my consumership and remove me from the platform without further notice.
- 33. If the company or the platform is convinced on the basis of evidence that the consumers on Smiles Cards online helping platform has deliberately violated the TERMS & CONDITIONS of the Company/Platform, mislead other consumers or misrepresent the concept of the platform I agree that, Company or the Platform shall have full authority and rights to transfer the Consumership as Punishment Transfer to another person without the consent of the consumer who has violated the above provisions.
- 34. Once a consumer registers on the Smiles Cards online helping platform and provides direct financial help to at least four other consumers, the platform provides the opportunity to receive direct financial help from other consumers. To achieve this, I must collaborate with the associated consumers. Within 30 days of registration, I am required to invite at least two consumers to join the Smiles Cards online helping platform using my invitation link. If this is not possible, I may apply to the company to deactivate my consumership within 30 days of registration. I have read, understood, and hereby accept and agree that my consumership may be deactivated to ensure the smooth functioning of the Smiles Cards helping platform..
- 35. I fully acknowledge and agree that, if a consumer associated with Smiles Cards online helping platform interferes with the activities of another consumer, refuses to cooperate, or acts against the platform, Smiles Cards online helping platform/VEEDISHA PROPRIETER has the right to transfer that consumer's consumership to another consumer.
- 36. I also understand and accept that the SERVICE CHARGE (Platform Maintenance Fee) that must be paid to the Smiles Cards online helping platform and the Rs. 37,300 that I give as financial help to ten consumers during the 40 stages must be paid personaly and unconditionaly and the above transaction should only be done using UPI (Google pay, Phone Pe, Pay TM, Amazone Pay, Whatsapp Pay etc.) which is a part of Digital India . Other modes of transactions such as direct cash, DD, cheque, NEFT, cash deposit or bank account transfer are not allowed and I shall be fully responsible for all the losses caused to me by the above unauthorized transactions.
- 37. I personally hereby solemnly certify that I shall be solely responsible for all damages and legal proceedings that may arise if I act contrary to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS No. 36 and shall not involve Smiles Cards online helping platform or VEEDISHA PROPRIETER company in any legal issues.
- 38. I fully understand and agree that, in order to receive the 'invitation link' needed to invite 2 necessary persons of society seeking financial freedom to the Smiles Cards online helping platform, I must first complete the initial stage sc (service Charge), and provide financial help to 4 of the total 12 consumers, and finally ensure (confirm ) that the fifth consumer receives financial help.
- 39. I understand that if I fail to cooperate with the Smiles Cards online Helping Platform, if I am not interested or if I voluntarily deactivate my consumership within the first 30 days of registration for any of the above reasons, I will not get refunded the amount of unconditional direct financial help or "Give Help" that I have given to 4 consumers. I am also aware that only the SC(Service Charge)paid by me to the platform will remain and for me to activate the same consumership any time later, I should only pay the remaining SC(Service Charge)to Smiles Cards online Helping Platform.
- 40. I personally understand that if I remain unwilling to work on Smiles Cards online helping platform, for smooth operations of other consumers the request to deactivate my consumership can be given to the company only by the 12 consumers whom I give " Give help".
- 41. A consumer can only submit a request to the Company for deactivating consumers who are in the 12 stages of his "Receive help chart". I fully understand and agree that I am responsible for re-activating the consumership of the consumer who is interested in actively co-operating within 10 days after the deactivation process or to refund the amount of unconditional direct financial help if the consumer demands. And I am responsible and obligated to inform the consumer before sending the deactivation request.
- 42. In case of re-activation of my deactivated consumership on Smiles Cards online helping platform, I am bound to provide any UPI transaction history/screenshot/bank statement in case the consumer/Company asks for any proof of financial help provided by me. Otherwise, I accept and confirm that I am personally obliged to give the "give help".
- 43. I understand that as part of promoting the concept of Digital India, the consumers of the Platform shall provide and receive direct financial help only through UPI transactions and not through Direct Deposit, NEFT, Cheque, DD, etc.
- 44. To ensure (confirm) receipt of financial help received directly from other consumers from the date of commencement of consumership on Smiles Cards online helping platform, knowing that if I intentionally neglect or fail to receive help within three days, it may cause obstacles for giving and receiving financial help and at times may threaten their life and livelihood. I hereby voluntarily certify and agree and grant Smiles Cards online helping platform full authority and rights to transfer the consumership in my name to another person without my consent.
- 45. I clearly understand that the unconditional direct financial help given by consumers on Smiles Cards online helping platform shall be done only through UPI transactions, which are part of 100% Digital India.
- 46. Smiles Cards online helping platform /VEEDISHA PROPRIETER Company's official social media such as Facebook page, Facebook group, YouTube channel, and Telegram groups created from the Company's official mobile numbers on a State as well as District basis consist of the officials of the company. The Platform takes sole responsibility for the announcements, promotions, and statements made in these official groups. VEEDISHA PROPRIETER/Smiles Cards online helping platform shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for any announcements, promotions, or statements made on social media by other consumers, individuals, or those who spread slander against the Platform.
- 47. I acknowledge that it is my personal duty and responsibility to pay taxes, and I do it in order to support the growth of the Nation.
- 48. I understand that Smiles Cards online helping platform or VEEDISHA PROPRIETER company will personally take legal action against consumers/individuals who act against the Concept, honesty, transparency, and Terms and Conditions of Smiles Cards online helping platform.
- 49. Junior giveNtaker, giveNtaker, Senior giveNtaker, and Super Senior giveNtaker are the official designations given by the platform to the consumers associated with Smiles Cards online helping platform. I also understand that the consumers holding the designations giveNtaker, Senior giveNtaker, and Super Senior giveNtaker are the Brand Ambassadors of Smiles Cards online helping platform.
- A consumer on the Smiles Cards online helping platform becomes eligible for the designation of JUNIOR giveNtaker when he/she has given unconditional direct financial help to 12 consumers, provided unconditional direct financial help to 10 consumers, and fully received direct financial help from the first 3 consecutive stages.
- A consumer is eligible for the designation of giveNtaker when he/she gives unconditional direct financial help to 12 consumers and receives full financial help from the first 5 stages consecutively. And when he/she gives unconditional direct financial help to 12 consumers and receives full unconditional direct financial help from the first 10 consecutive stages, the consumer is eligible for the designation of SENIOR giveNtaker.
- A consumer is eligible for the designation of SUPER SENIOR giveNtaker when he/she gives unconditional direct financial help to 12 consumers and receives full financial help from the first 9 stages consecutively.
- I clearly understand and agree that Smiles Cards online helping platform recognizes and promotes that consumer as Smiles Cards online Helping Platform, Brand Ambassador (giveNtaker, Senior giveNtaker, and Super Senior giveNtaker) when working according to the different Terms and Conditions for these three official designations.
- 50. When a consumer associated with Smiles Cards online helping platform helps 12 consumers unconditionally, directly financially, that consumer becomes a STAR Achiever.
- When 2 consumers in the First Stage of a consumer who is currently a STAR achiever become a STAR achiever, the first consumer becomes ONE STAR achiever.
- 4 consumers in the Second Stage of the first consumer are STAR achievers while first-stage consumers are ONE STAR achievers, and the first consumer is a TWO STAR achiever.
- 8 consumers in the Third Stage of the first consumer are STAR achievers, while consumers in the second stage are ONE STAR achievers, consumers in the first stage are TWO STAR achievers, and the first consumer is a THREE STAR achiever.
- 16 consumers in the Fourth Stage of the first consumer are STAR achievers, consumers in the third stage are ONE STAR achievers, consumers in the second stage are TWO STAR achievers, consumers in the first stage are THREE STAR achievers, and the first consumer is a FOUR STAR achiever.
- In this way, when 1024 consumers who come in the Tenth Stage of the first consumer become STAR achievers, the first consumer becomes 10 STAR achievers and I take retirement from Smiles Cards online helping platform by receiving Rs.82,95,500 as financial help directly from 2046 consumers on Smiles Cards online helping platform, convinced and understood.
- 51. I consciously personally consent to provide my personal information like my Name, Mail ID, Mobile Number, UPI Id, and Consumer Number to other consumers for receiving financial help directly from other 8190 consumers through Smiles Cards online helping platform.
- 52. "GNT digital discount wallet" equivalent to 37300 rupees by giving 12 consumers on Smiles Cards online helping platform unconditional direct financial help, 2000 rupees SERVICE CHARGE paid to the platform up to the 16th stage, and 18% GST amount of 360 rupees paid to the government up to the 16th stage. I understand that I will receive in proportion to the financial help I provide directly through the Smiles Cards online helping platform.
- 53. Smiles Cards online Helping Platform provides equal justice and rights to all individuals associated with Smiles Cards online helping platform. And so, insulting, threatening, teasing, commanding, obscenities, personally, socially, religiously, politically, economically, psychologically, or legally against the persons on the Smiles Cards online helping platform is a crime against the legal systems of India. It does not in any way endorse or promote Smiles Cards online helping platform. I understand and agree that if such activities are noticed, the persons doing it will be removed from the Smiles Cards online helping platform, and the consumership of that person will be transferred to a qualified person.
- 54. If women associated with Smiles Cards online helping platform are personally, socially, insulted, humiliated, or interfered with through online media, such acts are brought to the notice of Smiles Cards online helping platform and will be forwarded to investigative agencies on the basis of evidence. I understand that VEEDISHA PROPRIETER has the authority to take legal action in this regard.
- 55. To improve the consumers' financial prosperity or for the betterment of the activities related to Smiles Cards online helping platform, relevant changes, amendments, and additions are made to Smiles Cards online helping platform rules of administration, terms and conditions, guidelines, and applications. I personally understand, accept, and agree that VEEDISHA PROPRIETER reserves absolute rights, and I am bound by the same.
- I have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions listed above, including numbers 1 through 55, and I hereby sign and confirm my agreement.
